My guest today is Jackie Christiansen, a Danish mom who moved to the United States in 2018 with her husband.

She and her family now live in Houston, Texas with their four-year-old daugher, Laura, who has been diagnosed with sleep disordered breathing.

In Denmark, Jackie was a registered nurse and Certified Health Coach. She is now a stay-at-home mom who enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school.

"It's a scary and emotional journey that many people just don't understand." ~ Jackie Christiansen

Show Notes:

EDUCATION IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS HELP FOR YOUR CHIL'S AIRWAY ISSUES

Education is the first step for any parent concerned about their child's ability to breathe, sleep, and maintain proper oral health.

The Children's Airway First Foundation Resource library has information that can aid in identifying symptoms and providing guidance on the first steps towards helping your child with an airway disorder.

As with any medical condition, consult your child's pediatrician should you see any of these symptoms in your child or if you suspect your child is suffering from an airway disorder.
